Even if we don’t speak or understand Arabic, it behooves us to at least know what we say during these specific five times of the a day.Īs we all know, its honestly very easy for the mind to wander during prayer, and shaytan is always ready to pounce on the vulnerable. Five times a day we put aside all our worldly issues and focus on Allah (swt). Five times every day we have an appointment with our Creator, as we bow down to Him in submission, in humility. It was one of the gifts given to Prophet Muhammad (saw) by Allah (swt) during the night journey. It is the first thing that we will be asked about in the grave after we die. Salat (Prayer) is huge and a hugely important part of our lives. So five times every singe day, we stop whatever we are doing, get up and pray.
